Each of my cat drawings begins with a real cat. I never know whether it will be at a cat show, in a friend's home, or in my own garden that a cat will distract me with a look or action! All I know is that I grab my sketchbook and I capture what I can with a scribble. Some of these drawings show just that, others have been developed into the finished pieces.
