The Boxing Match print - a tuxedo cat and an orange tabby sparring on a wooden crate

Availability: In stock

Cats are very inventive! We had a wooden crate that functioned as our coffee table in our first house. But to "Jack" (our orange kitten at the time) and "Ben" (his black kitten friend who lived next door) that crate became the place for their nightly sparring!

The drawing they inspired was "The Boxing Match". Since its release as a limited edition print in 1987, "The Boxing Match" has become a modern classic and is nearly sold out. This image was reproduced from an original colored pencil drawing. The edition is limited to 800 offset lithographs, printed on archival paper with fade resistant inks. Each print measures 14" x 18", is hand signed and numbered in pencil by the Artist, and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Unframed.

The original colored pencil drawing has been SOLD.
